My Philosophy:     Our bodies are our friends, and need our support to heal. They have a language. When we listen to what they say, this is the beginning of healing.

I Practice Massage Because:    Massage makes us feel better! It is a branch of the healing arts that is therapeutic for both of us. Self Care is Worthy. As Mary Oliver says, "Joy is not made to be a crumb." Massage and Reiki can make a body sing with joy.

My Interests:   Exploring and learning, through travel, hiking, walking, yoga, integrative medicine and health practices, reading, being outdoors.
